I have a 7500 and I have two processor cards for it. a 604/120 and a
604/200. When I am using the faster card, I occasionally run into a problem
where the mac starts up makes the usual bong, and then just sits there with
a cursor on the screen. It will clear up if I do the three finger salute a
couple of times, but this can be especially frustrating some days. I put the
slower card back in to see if the problem would still be there, but it
isn't. Has anyone else seen anything like this before? Is it time to start
shopping for another card?
