They work fine.  I have 4 128MB DIMMs (plus 2x32 and 2x16) in my 7500
from VelocityUpgrades (yes, 2 had to be replaced).  They all work fine now.
I did have to replace some older 8MB DIMMs that were 70ns RAM with
newer 60ns chips when I installed the 500 MHz G3 Sonnet upgrade.
