Well I have 256M at the moment, planning on 512M next month. I figured the more memory for OS X the better. As for speed I had to laugh. I got this 7300 put in a G3 450/1mb card and thought it would beat out my 4400 with a 320/1mb card. For real my 4400 smokes my 7300. I guess the reason is my original scsi connection in my 7300 is not as fast as my IDE in my 4400. I was floored. But anyways. Thanks for the feed back on my partitions.
