Dwayne and Herb, It falls in the same category as zapping PRAM, and rebuilding the desktop folder. Everybody recommends it.......nobody knows for sure that it will work for a given problem. If someone ever writes a book called "Chicken Soup for the Mac Soul", the best-seller will contain several heart-warming stories of people who tried pressing the CUDA button, and had magical results.
