Nasty chemical and hard on your skin, melts plastic. Same stuff used in model glue chemical mix. Find salt-based degreaser from local janior cleaning supplies shop. Real ones not those 'consumer' style. Smelt bit sickish-sweetish, felt slimy (normal for these real cleaners) flushable down drains, non-flammable. This one that clears away minor rust, stubborn tar/ex-smoker's film, grease, oils etc. When done, rinse off w/ water. Use Veggie or mineral oil (straight weight oil like blue 2in1) when scraping off those sticker labels. Oil softens gum in that sticker also prevents sticker remains from reattaching.
