I've used a couple of Newer G3 cards in the past that just did not support 
interleaving. Otherwise, they worked fine. On the other hand, I've used an XLR8 (God 
bless XLR8) card and a couple of their ZIF carriers and processors. These have always 
accepted interleaving perfectly with no problems.
