Hi Vern, Open Outlook Click on Address Book File Menu - Choose "Import" A dialogue "assistant"- type box opens and asks you if you wish to import from an applcation or from two other choices - choose "application" and follow the arrows from there. I don't personally like the way Outlook alphebetizes one's address book entries though and that's the point at which I chose not to use Outlook. Other Emailers alphebetize according to the first word you type; for example, the nickname in Eudora. There may be a way but I couldn't find it? Anyway, I'm about to try Claris Em@iler next. Dan Knight's favorite after all . . . . . how could I go wrong there! Infinitely customizeable toolbars etc., etc. Terry -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
