Hi.

The maximum processor upgrade you can get with a 50MHz bus speed is a g4/450
or a g3/500. I just upgraded my 9600/350 with an xlr8 ZIF Carrier g4/450 and
would highly recommend it. If you plan on using a g4 you must get a Six Slot
card, otherwise you will have problems using all your PCI slots.

I believe 18 GB is the largest native 50-pin SCSI hard drive. For anything
larger and faster you will have to look into coverted SCSI drives which can
present problems, get a SCSI card, or get an ATA card and use IDE drives.
One issue to be aware of with using IDE drives is possible audio stuttering,
which is fixed by using an extension.
