I found out that the invisible files were from TechTool Pro, and Norton. Coulnd't find 
any invisible
files from Disk Warrior though.

Already trashed all TTP and Norton invisible files, but the same mystery box keeps 
showing up,
asking me to insert certain disks, which are actually partitions !!
