That certainly comes after $77D.45F2 and Rev. C, which my Beige G3/300 MT, 
one of the very last ones made, came with.

The chip type indicates that it is a 29 series, which is usually in the 
EEPPROM or FLASH family.

Perhaps a developmental, FLASHable ROM SIMM for the Beige G3.

Note the vacant chip locations on the card.
