You need to Run XPostFacto again to reboot into OSX from 9.1, NOT the 
9.1 Startup Disk control Panel.

Fire up XPF, and in the top section, select your OSX disk and click on 
Restart. That properly sets up the NVRAM settings to get it booting into 
OSX.

Do NOT use the Startup Disk control panel in 9.1, it won't work, as 
you've found out.
