The PLW NTR was Apple's first attempt at an advanced Adobe PostScript printer
from the git-go.

Level 2 compatible.

RISC processor (AMD 29000, as in the later 16/600 PS).

Multiple "job" sources ... LocalTalk, RS-232/RS-422 and parallel ... all
buffered in RAM, and all accessible at the same time, although only one "job"
may be printing at one instant.

NOT supplied with the 250-sheet tray, as was the earlier PLW NT, but the tray
was available as an accessory.

Essentially, this is a LaserJet IIP, with extensive modifications per Apple's
spec.

I have two of these, but I never use them ... I abandoned LocalTalk a long
time ago for Ethernet.
