Don't know why I've had this returned twice with multi part notice
since the second time I sent a new message, not a reply, but will try
once more.

I had replied to a post asking about SnapzPro and received answers on
where to get it and suggestions of other similar programs. Two people
asked why I needed it and listed the keyboard shortcuts for taking
screen shots (command + shift +3 and command + shift + 4).

Just wanted to say thanks for the info. When I read the posts with
the keyboard commands, I realized that I had misunderstood what
SnapzPro does. Of course, I know the screen shot commands. I thought
SnapzPro saved settings for installing individual programs the same
way Clean Install Assistant saves them for system installs, where you
can just add them back. Guess there would be no way to do that
though, since the whole idea is to trash preferences when there is a
problem.
