This seems to come up quite often, see the archives.
The only card I have done is a Matrox, I believe both the original
matrox and the millenium-2 can be flashed, however most of the PC ones
only have a 32K chip on, the Mac code requires a 64K or larger chip
(32K flash chips end in 256 or 257, 64K end in 512, 128K in 010).
I had to replace the chip on mine (not easy as they are surface
mount), the flashing utility and bios  can be found on the web.
