Try GraphicConverter.  It's able to open badly  corrupted files, but you will 
probably lose the part of the file after the point of corruption.

You can get GraphicConverter at <http://lemkesoft.com/us_gcdownload.html>.  
It's worth at least 10x the $30 shareware fee.
