The AN is on the switch, i don't think you can turn it off, call the 
manufacter woudl be my sugestion. Though I could be wrong. I have a lynksys 
switch that gives my Mac internet, i imagine if I got software it'd see the 
workgroup also. It has AN and works fine. I'm just wondering why you would 
turn it off?
