OWC has a 36GB, 7200 rpm Quantum Atlas SCSI drive for $130.  This includes
a 50-pin adapter, so it should be plug-n-play on your existing internal
SCSI bus.  IDE drives are cheaper, but once you add in the cost of an IDE
PCI controller card I think you'll be hard pressed to beat that price
(unless you want a larger drive).
