There are four keying combinations:

1) 5 volt RAM,

2) 3.3 volt RAM,

3) 5 volt cache, and

4) 3.3 volt cache.

There may be others.

PCxxx sticks are 3.3 volts ONLY, hence the difference in keying.

Most early EDO and FPM is true 5 volt chips.

Most late EDO and FPM is 3.3 volt chips, using an on-stick regulator(s) so as
to operate from 5 volts.

The 7200 was the only PCI Mac which *appeared* to make a provision for 3.3
volt sticks. The (unused) pads for the regulator and associated components
are adjacent to the RAM slots.
