Kingston KVR133X64C3/256 256MB PC133 168 pin DIMM Memory?

Can I damage the board or the DIMM by trying?

Nope, your Beige G3 will accept PC66 (for which it was designed), PC100,
PC133 and PC150 sticks.

My Beige G3 presently has three PC133 256 MB sticks, for a total (and maximum
possible) capacity of 768 MB.

However, be advised that DTs require a low-profile (i.e., height) stick.

Should you discover that the fan finger guard is contacting the stick or
sticks, then your choices are either: 1) get low-profile stick or sticks, or
2) remove the fan finger guard.

With the fan finger guard removed, the DT will accept any profile of stick.
