My Beige G3 presently has three PC133 256 MB sticks, for a total (and maximum possible) capacity of 768 MB. However, be advised that DTs require a low-profile (i.e., height) stick. Should you discover that the fan finger guard is contacting the stick or sticks, then your choices are either: 1) get low-profile stick or sticks, or 2) remove the fan finger guard.
