Warning! The following is S-P-O-O-K-Y..!!!

I have a 7300/200 that keeps resetting the "Views" Control Panel back to
default settings. Everytime I turn it on, I have to set it to calculate
folder sizes, show medium-sized icons and show info in window header.

And when I turn it off again, it all goes back to the default settings, where
none of the three items above are on!

Well I splurged and went to buy a PRAM today (THANKS to the lister who
suggested Batteries Plus! Radio Shack wanted $11+ for one, while Batteries
Plus wanted only $8+ !!!) and installed it into my computer....

.... and BOO! The problem still exists..!!!
(in fact the old PRAM battery was kinda bad, but still holding a charge)

Now I hate to give y'all nightmares this close 2 October, but WHAT IS GOING
ON?!?
