The easiest and most direct way is to restore them from your backup 
files.  (So that's what they're for...!  ;-)  )  Not an option?...use 
a file recovery program such as Norton.  Don't get your hopes up too 
high.  If you've saved many new files since you deleted those old 
files, they've probably been written over so thoroughly that only 
chopped up pieces will be left.  :-(
