Every two weeks. The sole reason I know this is that Esquire magazine
used to come out, and was entitled,  "Esquire Fortnightly."

An elegant way to state that one sometimes gets behind on readings
ones own mail, and lends a sort of �l�gance de raffinage to this
whole affair, no?
