Hello List, The problem of not being able to use my USB Compact Flash reader/writer devices was caused by an obscure extension (I'm not sure from where it came--maybe it was from some trialware), "USB2IDEDriver." It made by ScanLogic Corp. This copy has bad creation/modification dates, making me think that it could be corrupted.
