The AV card plugs into the 7500/7600 MB at the rear of the MB near the CPU Daughter card and has a ribbon cable/input-output jack panel that replaces a small cover plate on the rear of the case. ( My MB layout diagrams show the slot on the 7300 MB as well, but it does not have the AV support chips on the MB.) The 7300 will show Gestalt ID 109, while the 7500/7600 will show Gestalt ID 68. (In Apple Profiler) You can occasionally find the AV card assemblies (Jack panel, ribbon cable and MB card) on eBay or LEM Swap. Plug in the card, replace the pop off rear jack panel and you'll have a fully operational 75/7600. The 7300 was the replacement for the 75/7600, so is a little newer model, but the 75/7600 were more versatile with their AV input/output capablilties. I've never heard of anything that the 7300 could do that couldn't also be done by the 75/7600.
