I think Apple "announced" this very, very quietly last week (perhaps they wuz huntin' wabbits), but they are giving a free full version of Jaguar (OS X v10.2), with some education-specific extras, to any working K-12 teacher in the U.S. who wants one and has a school address they can ship it to. Apple is even kicking in free shipping to boot:
