I need more space than my 4.5GB can give, but because
we all live on a shoestring budget I have been looking
for an inexpensive--but good--hard drive. I have
found a dearth of 50-pin drives but a wealth of 68-
and 80-pin drives with people willing to send the
necessary adapter. How well do these drives work? I
read somewhere--maybe it was here--that these drives
are chancy with the adapter, or that they don't always
fit in the drive slot. I may be able to get a Seagate
9.1 @ 7200rpmm, 80-pin. Would one like this work fine
in this machine?
