No.  The ROM is soldered down.  If you did not have ROM, the machine 
would not chime when you power on.   The four chips a little to the 
left of your DIMM and VRAM slots are your ROM.  They are labeled 
341S0106 - 341S0109 or 341S0168 - 341S0171 depending on whether you 
have ROM revision $77D.28F1 or $77D.28F2.

It is possible to put a ROM card in the ROM slot.  I modified a Power 
Computing ROM to work and then installed the ROM from a Kansas 
machine ($77D.34F5) on the card, but there isn't really any benefit 
to the exercise.
