I've only defragged/optimized. What's the point of a Directory Rebuild, and 
why do it twice? Oh, and I find that Tech Tool Pro seems to choke 
(quit/stop/refuse) on Defrag/Optimize when there isn't much free space, 
whereas Norton's just keeps on going. In fact, I've never been real impressed 
with TTP.

<< True...that's why to use TT3 for optimization/defragmentation, then use TT
for Directory rebuild, then use DW for directory rebuild, then rebuild
desktop.  Life is good that way.  I do this every 6 months, and they are all
overnight procedures...no muss, no fuss... >>
