I recently removed my 8500 power supply to replace the fan.

It's still making a vibrating noise, I assume the fan vibration is setting
up a harmonic beat.

Or, is the power supply itself about to go kaput.

Are 8500 power supplies available, or do you just hack up a PC power supply?
