OS 9.1 does come bundled with OSX 10.03 though.  I think I saw copies 
of that available somewhere recently.  It would have been at 
Smalldog, MacResQ or OWC as those are the three web shops I've 
visited in the last week.  I'd check there.  I would double check 
with the vendor before ordering it to make sure that an OS 9.1 CD is 
included.   Sometimes resellers break the old stuff up into smaller 
pieces, it seems like.
