It connects at between 45 and 48k, and seems to work quite nicely with Netscape 4.79. Dad was impressed with the speed of it once I got a few TCP/IP issues settled with the provider.
The A/V capabilities of this machine did intrigue him a bit, but unfortunately, I know nothing about those RCA jacks, and I missed your post regarding them.
