Those are the possible drive selections under SoftPC. The "Empty" is your normal built-in floppy -- there is probably no floppy in it, so it's..."empty". Put a floppy disk in and see if the selection changes to "Drive A:" or something. The "Apple 5.25" is that floppy drive which Apple supported under OS 6 (and maybe early 7 but definitely not 7.6.1) through a special nubus card. The AppleFileExchange, or some such file, allowed the Mac to write DOS disks at the lower two density levels and read all three. You can only have one floppy active in SoftPC at a time. So if you had the nubus card and driver, you might be able to select "Apple 5.25" and use the drive. The two are grayed out meaning that they are not available to your system.
