Note: Citizens need to comment on how bad this law currently is. How many more of our rights, including access to information, being able to legally record television broadcasts (including under HDTV), being able to legally photocopy an article for research and/or education purposes, being able to legally make backup copies of software you buy, being able to legally to make backup copies of music you buy, etc., etc., need to be even more eroded or eliminated in the USA?
