I just tried one of his mods. I replaced the crystal (46.61Mhz) on my 
233/604e
with a 50.00Mhz crystal from a 150/604.
The 233 card now runs at 250Mhz. Cool!
Next I will try changing the multiplier resistors and try to get 300 Mhz 
out of it.
Boy those resistors are tiny.!!
