Yes but it will run as 266 MHz unless you configure the jumper block sealed by "Warranty void if removed" sticker so the PLL multiplier becomes 5x (333 MHz), 5.5 (366 MHz.) or possibly 6x (400 mHz.) instead of the default 4x (266 MHz.).
