C'mon Steve, you gotta give us more than that if you want suggestions. Operating System? How is the printer connected? Is this newly added to your 9500? Was it printing before? What app were you using the last time it printed fine? What app were you using when it stopped working? What error messages are you getting? Etc. etc. etc.
