Here's some info about it (pasted in from a posting
on the Panorama QnA list):

"I was one of the former ProVUE employees that wrote this utility and
RamCheck 2.1 works just fine on the PowerPC and under all pre OS X
operating systems that I have tested. It'll even run under Classic under
OS X but it does not check very much memory. The version on the ProVue
web site is NOT the latest version however. Version 2.0 will occasionally
hang during RAM allocation. Version 2.1 fixes this.

"To test the maximum amount of memory, restart your computer with
extensions off by holding the shift during the restart. Allow the "one
pass" test to run its 17 passes."
