It is the drive formatting software included with LaCie hard drives. Works pretty good (about the same as FWB) but it doesn't allow HFS+ partitions. (At least my version 5.84 doesn't) It's a good formatting program for those oddball, smaller 3rd party drives that Apple's Disk software doesn't recognize. I use it primarily for 3rd party drives used with some of my "Classic" Macs. The disk should also contain "Time Drive", hard drive speed testing software. (Lets you know average read/write data speeds for a hard drive.)
