I wasn't particularly happy with them when they took their 800 number off of their web site, but then a few weeks later they disconnected it altogether. Then there was no phone number whatsoever on their web site, which meant that if your order went astray your only means of contacting them was via email. Once you had an order in hand, the phone number was on the invoice, unless, of course, you ordered from them before they shut down nthe 800 number in which case your invoice bears the useless 800 number.
