An external SCSI hard drive for a Mac should not need drivers other than the
ones a formatting programs install, the mac should be a ble to read or see
the drive if it's formatted with 512 blocks, not from DOS computers and
such.  If it is you've got to do a full format on the Mac to make it a 512
block drive so that the mac can read it, there are a number of formatting
programs you can use, try the patched version of Apple HD SC Setup it should
work since a 200 MB harddrive is pretty old.  The newer the drive the most
difficult it is to format them if they are third party.
