So far, out of the 3 8500's recently acquired, as per hopes and expectations I have 1 fully functional 8500 with 96 mgs ram, cd player, floppy, 2 mgs vram, 4 gig HD that will go to swaplist later today, a functioning 8500 with MoBo, 96 mgs ram, floppy, 2 mgs vram, zero Hd, zero cd. This one has a black plastic drive chasis. Is there some inherent difference between the ones with black chasis and gray chasis? This will also go to swaplist. The last one either has a dead Power Supply or a dead MoBo. The case will go to swaplist w/wo Power supply and floppy. All have full av panels.
