I use Speakeasy.net.  $39.95 for DSL and Dial-up combined.  Never down.
Awesome customer service.  Why pay $24.95 for AOHell dialup when for $39.95
you can get DSL *and* nationwide dial-up?  You can var your plans with
Speakeasy and add and remove IP's at your bidding.  Really a great company.
