Well, going to the source would be the way to go. That would be Hanna-Barbera. Are they even in business anymore? Beyond that I know of no *legal* source, though a brief perusal via google turned up a number of sounds, along with a brief meander down memory lane...I remember watching Wacky Racers on those halcyonic Saturday morns of old...back when there were only 4 channels, and a solid lineup of cartoons all morning.
