There are three major reason for not upgrading a 7200.
1.  Depending on which processor speed you have, the internal bus speed 
is either 37.5, 40, or 45 MHz
2.  Any processor upgrade, if you keep the 7200 logic board, has to be 
inserted into the L2 cache slot.
3.  Only has four RAM slots

The absolute best bang for the buck is to get a used 7500.  It has a 
50MHz internal bus, daughter card slot for the processor, and eight RAM 
slots.  It also looks like a 7200.
