True, because:

1) the internal bus (Bus 0 on most machines) automatically terminates the bus 
at the host end, and the target end is terminated at the CD-ROM, even though 
the CD-ROM is located farther from the host then is the CD-ROM, and

2) the external bus (Bus 1, if other than a 7200) is automatically 
terminated, too.
