Oh thanks ! I doubt that you can get Chello to put up any router,( 
Actually if you change your client ID in OS ->8.6 you'll get a new 
IP, which can be useful -) they just sigh and wants you to install 
everything again from their ancient install disk, and maybe start to 
use Outlook (???)because that's how they advice the PCee users. To 
many times have I been called late at night to my journalist/media 
friends because their Macs have the hiccuppps just to find that they 
did what the support adviced them to do," INSTALL everything AGAIN", 
and the install cd really does that, so finally you end up with 5 x 
Netscape 4.5, 5 x Outlook, 6 x Explorer 4.0 and 6 x Explorer 5.0 and 
all the other stuff on the install cd...  then there is no mystery 
ANY more, how &  why you cannot find your e-mails,
