Thanks Rondo but this problem has been going on for months....I've written their help desk a dozen times and together we can't figure out why I freeze on their registration page...I've done the Disk Warrior, the Tech Tools, Disk First Aide, rebuilding the desk top and I've even washed my van ! NOTHING works,
