Will the SCSI CD-ROM drive still be installed? It will need termination 
if everthing else on the chain is yanked out. But if there won't be any 
devices on the internal SCSI bus, termination won't be an issue.

You might want to keep one of the SCSI drives as a backup in case the 
ATA card screws up.
