It would never fly. While there are plenty of low end Mac users, 
there more than likely aren't enough advertisers interested in 
reaching that audience to support a magazine.

The retailers selling to owners of low end Macs aren't the ones 
buying the big ads in the magazines. They're the ones in the back of 
the book.
