Hello Paul,

I found the reason. the folder was showing up and then stopped. Last
week I had a conflict with an extension (AutoCache Extension V1.20). I
disabled it, and my computer worked fine. I didn't realize that the folder
disappeared simultaneously. Yesterday, I tried to reinstall the extension
and the folder came back. The extension still caused a conflict so I
disabled it again. The folder disappeared.
